141° CONGRESO MADERERO: La industria, pieza fundamental del diálogo social

La Federación de la Industria Maderera y Afines (FAIMA) organiza el 141° Congreso Maderero: “La industria, pieza fundamental del diálogo social”, que se realizará los días 6 y 7 de diciembre en la ciudad de Buenos Aires.
En el evento participarán empresarios y dirigentes de las 28 cámaras que integran FAIMA en todo el país.
El sector foresto industrial tiene potencial para ser un destacado protagonista en el modelo de desarrollo productivo argentino de los próximos 15 años. En este sentido, resulta gravitante discutir las alternativas para salir de la crisis que arrastra la industria manufacturera en general y la foresto-industria en particular.
En el 141° Congreso Maderero se puntualizarán y discutirán las alternativas sectoriales para 2020 y en adelante, las claves de acción para abordar competitividad y el enfoque del nuevo gobierno respecto del rol de la industria en el dialogo social y el camino al desarrollo.
Como eje central de la agenda del 141° Congreso, se discutirán aspectos clave para superar la citada crisis. El programa estipulado también muestra el trabajo que FAIMA y sus 28 cámaras hacen para mejorar la competitividad de la cadena de valor más allá de las condiciones cambiantes de la economía argentina, al tiempo que presenta una actualización de los resultados de gestión.

La Federación Argentina de la Industria Maderera y Afines (FAIMA) es la única entidad de 2º grado que representa a nivel nacional al sector industrial maderero a través de sus 28 Cámaras asociadas en las distintas provincias del país. Fundada en 1933, cuenta con 85 años de trayectoria.
En FAIMA se encuentran representados productores de envases y pallets, pisos y revestimientos, molduras, aserraderos, carpintería en general, fabricantes de aberturas, maderas y piezas para la construcción, láminas, chapas, maderas compensadas, tableros de partículas y de fibras, pellets de madera, viviendas industrializadas, muebles y demás manufacturas de madera.

The advance of deforestation on protected areas was once again evident this week in the Piñalito Sur Provincial Park, in San Pedro, where the Ministry of Ecology and Renewable Natural Resources confirmed a new case of selective illegal logging. The event occurs in a context of growing concern about the fragility of the environmental control system in rural and border areas, where the scarcity of resources, personnel and logistics limits the capacity of surveillance against criminal organizations organized to steal native woods and market them on the black market in connivance with sawmill owners.
